The David Raynor Project

Total square footage under roof is 5,800. This low country design includes a main floor and a second floor. Design includes a one car detached garage and a two car attached garage. 9'-0" ceilings on the first floor and 8'-0"ceilings on second floor. A 27'x15' great room, 8'x18' dining area, 15'x14' bedroom and full bath are located on first floor. The second floor provides 20'x18' master bedroom with walk in closet and 18'x10' master bath.The laundry room is also located on the second floor along with 3 bedrooms with each having their own bathrooms. Foyer is open to below.
