Tom Lee is the founder and president of Southern Home Designs. He is a professional member of The American Institute of Building Design (AIBD) and the principle designer at Southern Home Designs. He is also a certified professional with the National Green Building Program. Established in 1990, Southern Home Designs has quickly grown on it’s reputation for service and quality in the Myrtle Beach and Pee Dee areas of South Carolina.

Southern Home Designs offers home plan designer services ranging from small additions and remodels to custom designs. Builders and developers benefit from our design services by knowing that homes designed for them will not be sold or distributed to any other local builder. We can and do assist in the coordination (construction management) of the various trades involved in the construction of your design project.
