Tom Lee is the founder and president of Southern Home Design. He is a professional member of the American Institute of
Building Design (AIBD) and the principle designer at Southern Home Design. He is also a certified professional with the National Green
Building Program. Established in 1990, Southern Home Design has quickly grown on it’s reputation for service and quality in
Myrtle Beach and the surrounding Carolinas.
